Our Spares and Service department is fully equipped to handle your post-purchase support. Whether that is maintaining the machinery to perform at its highest capabilities, or training your operators to helping you to be prepared for any event. Service Contracts
Maintaining machines and keeping them up to standard can be difficult process. We can offer our new and existing customers a service contract. So you are always prepared for when the inevitable happens and we all need that bit of assurance and peace of mind. Service contract benefits can include:

Spare Parts
We hold an extensive range of spare parts in stock for all of our machines supplied. As standard we can dispatch orders to be with you next working day (Mon – Fri) if ordered before 3pm.
Our engineers can also advise on recommended levels of customer stock holding to ensure minimum down time.
Machine Upgrades
Our machines are built to last, and we have machines installed on sites that are almost 20 years old. However, there comes a point where old parts become expensive or obsolete, which is why we offer upgrade programmes to bring older machines up to modern standards, or trade-ins against new equipment.
